Hi, This was our first trip to Bali and I have to say I was a bit nervous about staying in Bali.We arrived 9 March 2008 and boy did that thought go out the door when i arrived at the Bali Garden Hotel.The Lobby was lovely and staff great. The sercuity there was to a high standard.The resort itself was just beautiful,the pools ,food and not to foget the great cocktails at all 3 bars.The room we had was a bit old and need of a make over but clean and tidy.The staff are fantastic,they went out of they way to make our hoilday enjoyable.We just carnt wait to come back .Thank you so much!

Hi this is Kathy Benjamin again just returned from Bali on Monday 31st March. The new pools are great, we had the same room as last time it felt like we came home. Great service once again. Pryia in the bar makes great cocktails and Bon is good too. The breakfast staff are lovely I can honestly say bali is Bagus and so is Bali Garden Hotel see you there soon.

We stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and are looking forward to going back in March 08 the rooms are clean the staff are great the swim up bar is great and the Spa section for massage and facials etc is unreal cant wait for March

Our family has stayed at the Bali Garden 3 times so far. We always stay in the same family room and have always loved our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful - nobody makes pancakes like Dewi! The location can\'t be beaten - total beachfront. The pool area is a dream and the service fantastic. A great place for the kids. Everything within walking distance. We are staying again in October 07 and can\'t wait. This hotel is our only choice to stay when we travel to Bali.

My family & I have stayed at BGH 3 times over the past 2 yrs we love the hotel it is a home away from home for us our last stay was march this yr.But will be back in March next yr for my daughters wedding,Which will be in the grounds of BGH the staff of this Hotel are second to none all the help Nyoman & Pony have given me in booking rooms for all our guest attending the wedding has been just excellant.This is a great Hotel & recommend it to all our friends keep up the great work Adrian on running this great family hotel resort.

Our Family has Stayed at the Bali Garden on about 6 times and we have never been disappointed. Location Location Location, Right next door to the Great Centro Shopping Centre, and Waterbom park just across the road, you can not get a better positioned hotel in all of Bali. Just a short walk into Kuta Central every thing is at your finger tips.

The Staff are great and the family atmosphere will have you returning time and time again. Thank you to all of the staff, that have made our stays at the Bali Garden unforgetable. Keep up the good work and see you again in September and January 2007. You will love the Buffet Breakfast and the Best pancakes in all of Bali.

I am a senior single female who atayed alone at Bali Garden for 15 days in June 2006.During my time in Bali I got pneumonia and the staff were so kind and helpfull ( thank you Sara, front desk.)I am now returning to stay at Bali Garden again ( wouldn\'t stay anywhere else ) for two months from August 1st, again alone.Why? It\'s the best location, it\'s clean, the staff are the best and I feel safe there. So many hotels are cold, Bali Garden is a home away from home and is perfect for families with huge family rooms,a superb pool and even swings, slides etc to keep the kids entertained and what a beach.For singles like myself there are few steps, the security is faultless and the staff DO care that one is alone and do all they can to make one comfortable and at home.It\'s a perfect place for lovers or lovers of beautiful Bali.If you are single try Bali Garden, you won\'t be lonely there.I also want to thank Pony for all his help and kindness.

I am Matthew Seethor ; Night Manager of Seasons of Perth Hotel in Perth.
I visited Bali and stayed in your Hotel from 27/1/06 to 2/2/06.
Being from the Hospitality Industry myself for many years in Australia and foreign Countries I wish to highlight the followings.

1. A very good Front Office Team from Wayan (Supervisor), Maya; Mas (Don''t have their complete names) Shifts Supervisors, Ananta (Night Audit) and all the other Front Office Staffs. They have gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

2. Housekeeping staffs who kept my Room in clean state and responded with immediate supply of toiletries when requested.

3. Restaurant (Coffee Shop) staffs were charming too, greeting guests and serving continuously.

4. The Web Master who has provided valuable information and help to me when he was Duty Manager on the Sunday. He is a definit asset to your Sales and Marketing promotion.

5. The Security Officers were conscientious in their duties; especially the Security chief.
It is my first visit to Bali, it has encourage me to visit again in the near future and I hope to return to stay in your Hotel.

Interesting, on my flight back to Australia; I sat next to 2 ladies also from Perth who were on their 4th Visits (They also stayed at Bali Gardens Hotel. They share to me more things to do in Bali in the next visit.

Please convey my thanks and appreciation to all your Staffs; despite the current slow activity in Denpensar, that they are to perservere and keep up the good work.
I too shall promote your premises amongst my colleaques and friends.

The Bali Garden is my Second Home,
We have stayed at the Bali Garden Hotel 3 times and are looking forward to the fourth this year the staff (Hi Sara) are very accommodating the hotel is clean and the grounds and gardens are magical. Bali accommodation is all about location, location, location. Itdon\'t get any better than this. Breakfast and the staff at breakfast are so nice,and the food is wonderful. The pool large and refreshing, so is the pool bar.

My husband, three of our five children and my parents came to Bali on 5th October 2005 for a 10 day stay. We only managed to secure a room at your hotel at the last minute and was pleased because it was recommended to us. After two previous visits to Bali myself, staying at the Dynasty Hotel and the Legian Paradiso, I will now stay nowhere else but the Bali Garden. It is in the best location, the food, service and cleanliness was outstanding. Your wonderful reception staff were very quick in organising a doctor to visit my husband who needed to have his ear syringed. The Balinese people at the back of the hotel selling various items were so beautiful and we had a lot of fun with them. We did what we would normally do when coming to Bali despite the recent bombings. We felt as safe as we could and had plenty of reassurance from staff and police. We WILL BE BACK in 2006, can\'t wait!!

Just a quick note to all the staff at BGH - myself and two friends stayed for 8 days at the start of November and we had a lovely time. We were saddened that Bali was soo quiet but we were always of the feeling that we were safe and well looked after. We really enjoyed all the staff, especially the pool bar staff who got to know everyday!!! We love the Bloody Lovely cocktails and we hope that the staff are enjoying our CD's that we left for them!
Again, thanks for a great stay. Here's hoping that trade pick up soon.. very soon.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to please pass on to all your staff (especially Arakana in the pool bar) for all the help and wonderful service I was given in my holiday. I am the dopey blond who was on crutches a couple of weeks ago. It turns out when I came home my ankle was not sprained it was broken. Thanks to the help of your staff helping me around (and moving to a ground floor room) I did not do any more damage by not having plaster on. This was my 5th visit to Bali Gardens and I will be back 3 times next year and intend on staying with you for all my future visits to Bali. Your hotel maybe a little old but your standard of staff training is second to none and the friendly service is the main reason why I prefer your hotel to Kartika, Hard Rock anything at Nusa Dua and have made me realise that you don't need a 5 star Hotel to have a wonderful holiday.
Anyway, please as I have asked pass on to your staff my utmost thanks for all there help and see you round Nyepi time,

We don't really hav eny questions, rather we just wanted to offer you some feedback on the 12 days we recently spent at your hotel. We had an absolute ball and intend using your hhotel for two weeks in 2006. The service and friendliness displayed by your staff was exlempary. Please pass on our best wisshes to Made ( Lobby Bar) and Reza (apologies for the spelling) who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a borad and warm hello. We know the next holidays is in good hands already.
